Daniela Haigian is a former Girl Scout member of Troop 520 and a 2016 Gold Award Recipient.
Daniela joined Girl Scouts in first grade as a Brownie. Her Gold Award project “Adventures in Reading” was designed to improve literacy and enhance reading comprehension in elementary school students. Daniela noted that “Reading is an essential life skill, and it is very important for students to be able to understand and analyze books.
